Guilien Smith

Guilien is a Manager at Strive Partners. He brings a strong analytical foundation shaped by his experience in consulting, organizational strategy, and transactional modeling.

Guilien earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from Dartmouth College, developing a deep understanding of organizational behavior and human dynamics. He went on to complete both an MS in International Business and an MBA at Northeastern University, where he built expertise in global strategy, finance, and operational leadership.

Prior to joining Strive Partners, Guilien worked at PwC in the Workforce Transformation consulting practice. Over four years—two as an Associate and two as a Senior Associate—he focused on M&A related workforce analytics, financial and tax sensitive calculations, and executive compensation modeling, including IRC 280G analyses. His work supported deal teams through pre and post transaction planning, helping clients navigate workforce risks, optimize structures, and maintain compliance through organizational change.


Guilien combines his consulting experience with strong financial acumen, delivering thoughtful, data driven insights across valuation engagements.
