Kathryn A. Smith
Kathryn is an experienced practitioner in business valuations, financial forensics, and investigative assignments. She has performed work relating to divorce, frauds against government programs, investment fraud, money laundering, underground banking, campaign contribution frauds, and tracing cryptocurrency. Over the years her work has been performed in litigation support, consulting, as well as law and law enforcement type roles.
Prior to joining Strive Partners, Kathryn has worked in roles at the FBI, the San Diego District Attorney’s office, and at several public accounting firms. Kathryn has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a Master of Science in accounting from Northeastern University. She maintains both a CPA license and a CFE credential.
